Renovate Puerto Rico LLC (RPR) dedicates itself to provide administrative and management services necessary in the planning, design and construction of new projects. The services are primarily offered to public and private entities with the need to find human resources with the architecture, planning, project management and construction capability and experience. Our clients are project owners that personally or through their representatives look out for experienced technical and management support.

RPR manages activities related to the execution of new or remodeling facility works from the conceptual to the final execution stage. The activities require a high level of coordination to guarantee the interests and objectives of the owner through an absolute control of the administrative calendar, cost and quality of the project. These are achieved with the skills and experience addressing critical steps that are essential in every project.

The mission of RPR is to provide its clients excellence in every contractual milestone of their projects. To achieve this, RPR identifies the client’s objectives, develop an efficient strategy plan and delivers a systematic response to achieve the project. The organization of technical and administrative work teams is part of the tasks that are outlined to meet the special needs of projects.

By acting as representatives of the owner’s interest, RPR interacts with designers, consultants, contractors and other professionals collaborating on the given stages of a project. Background

Renovate Puerto Rico LLC (RPR) was conceived as a result of the partnership of architects Eduardo Almenara, Moises Cordero and CPA Eduardo Fadhel on March 1997.

The partners decided to redirect their knowledge towards the renovation and recovery of Puerto Rico from the damages caused by Hurricanes Irma and María during the second half of 2017.
Eduardo Almenara is an architect with a vast experience in Commercial Institutional and Housing Developments both in Florida and Puerto Rico. He is currently in charge of two other sister companies dealing with advance recycling options and roofing in PR. Mr. Eduardo Fadhel is an experienced Certified Public Accountant who dedicated his career providing financial and administration tools to an elite list of successful contractors in PR. Moisés Cordero is an active architect with over 25 years of experience dealing with Multifamily Housing, Commercial and Institutional Projects in Puerto Rico.

RPR is a corporation proud of keeping its compromise of excellence in design concepts that achieve a maximum efficiency, high performance and well-balanced quality of projects. Many of its managed projects have indeed been prized on design and management excellence.
